ros里安装plotjuggler用：

sudo apt install ros-melodic-plotjuggler-ros

不要用：

sudo apt install ros-melodic-plotjuggler

这样，plotjuggler才会显示出ros topic subscriber！！！

ros里启动plotjuggler：

rosrun plotjuggler plotjuggler
